This place is the BEST auto shop I have found in a long time. They are VERY professional in the work they do. I had a blown head gasket and other auto shops were telling me that I needed a new engine. After speaking with Jeremy(the owner) we discussed re-building the current engine. We both agreed to that and it was a less expensive option then putting in a new engine. Jeremy kept me informed of the progress of the job. The final price was in the range that we discussed and the work was fantastic. As he went along he made suggestions on what should be done and was not pressuring me on any of the options.

I would highly recommend EXTRA MILE PERFORMANCE to anyone, I have already have suggested them to a few people already

Finding a competent mechanic that will do a great job without draining your bank account is sometimes difficult. We ask friends and family for recommendations and sometimes we luck out. Having recently moved to the area, I was searching for a mechanic and found Extra Mile Performance's reviews very positive. I decided to give them a try and I am so glad I did. Jeremy really goes out of his way to give you that extra personal touch and the work is done quickly at an extremely reasonable and fair price. They won't try to sell you any unnecessary repairs and do an honest and great job. I highly recommended EMP for your car needs. You will be very glad you did.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. The guys were so responsive to all my questions and were great with giving me an estimate. I was able to get an appointment 2 days after reaching out! The shop is beautiful and all the guys were so friendly. They installed my soft top and walked me through how everything was done. Their work was quick, clean and efficient. I've found my go to place!!

Extra Mile Performance is officially the only place I'll take my Lexus IS. They were able to get the part I needed within an hour. Prior to going to EMP I took my car to Firestone and sat around for hours just for them to tell me they ordered the wrong part; and it would take a couple days for them the get the correct one. I called Lexus for an estimate and they wanted a ridiculous amount of money. EMP was able to get the parts I needed quicker than Firestone and repaired my car for less than the dealership. If you value excellent service and quality work, I highly recommend EMP!

Excellent service!! Can't say enough about Jeremy the owner and his business. I went there based on recommendations and they did not disappoint. They have serviced both my Ford Fusion Hybrid and my lawnmower. Very happy with both jobs. Won't go anywhere else while I live in Severn.

After moving to this area I searched for an auto repair facility and checked yelp for recommendations. Extra Mile Performance was high on the list and I can tell you that I was not disappointed. I needed new brakes and they installed them in a reasonable time and at a fair price. No upsales and no surprises. I highly recommend EMP for local auto repairs. They also did the routine maintenance per the manufacturer schedule at a more than reasonable price.

New to the area and had a recommendation to go here for auto service. Can't say enough good things about the business! Was able to get me in on short notice, was extremely professional and personal in addressing my concerns, as well as informing me on what was fixed and what to expect. Didn't try to upsell anything, but gave recommendations for future work that could improve my car's performance with no pushing to action and only after I had specifically asked questions about it. Comes across as very trustworthy. I will be returning for future work I need done.

Jeremy at EMP continues to provide top notch support and is a true professional. Such a refreshing change from the shops I was used to out in Hawaii.

Great quick service. I took my 2011 Mercedes C300 to get brakes done; I was in and out in 1.5 hours. Atmosphere very chic and comfortable- not your average car repair shop. I could have spent the day just hanging out talking to the owner.

EMP was very helpful, knowledgeable,they had the parts on hand at the vehicle needed. They were able to mountain balance my tires or wheels without causing any damage to the wheels. Price for the service and maintenance was very reasonable. Will come back again for any type of vehicle service or maintenance. Highly recommended this is the place that goes the extra mile!

Excellent mechanic. Trustworthy. Convenient times. I am leery of the dealerships and big corporate garages as they tend to overcharge. I gave up free oil service since he gives good service and can be trusted to give a fair deal. I have too many bad experiences with the big boys. Time to give my business to the little guy.

Jeremy is so very personal with the customers, he does indeed do exactly what he says and goes that "Extra Mile". I had a lot of things wrong with my vehicle, that had been brushed off by two prior mechanics. Jeremy didn't stand for that and he fixed my car right up. Wonderful support staff and a cozy office to match. I will return here time and time again!

EMP has great customer service, quality and an overall experience. I find it hard to trust anyone with my vehicles, but this places has earned my trust! From the first time I took my vehicle to them for an issue, not only did they help in fixing the issue, they found work by a previous mechanic that was done incorrectly and fixed it at no cost. I have taken multiple vehicles to them and each time after the service, I get a follow up text from the owner a couple of days later making sure I was satisfied with the work and everything is ok. Not many places or owners would take the time to do that! EMP really values their customers and their quality of work. If you are in the area and need work on your vehicle, reach out to them. They really do go the extra mile for you and your vehicle.

Jeremy is the man, yall!! When I was shopping around for quotes, he was up front and honest about his work and pricing! I told him I'd get back to him and completely forgot! Well, he called me back and when I told him about being in the hospital, he was so friendly and understanding!!! I knew right then I wanted to go with him!! I've had him work on my van for a couple issues and he gets the job DONE!! He follows up, checks in with me, and makes sure I am satisfied to the fullest!! As long as I'm here in MD, he will always get my business!!

My family has multiple vehicles that we take to Jeremy and the folks at EMP. They always do quality work and most importantly, you can trust them! My wife discovered his shop a while ago when she had to get some work done on her car. He was upfront and honest with his diagnostics and his pricing. He did not try to prey on her lack of knowledge about cars. Nothing is more important when dealing with a mechanic than honesty. EMP is true to their word, your car (and wallet) will be safe in their hands. We will never go anywhere else. I've also had some custom work done on my truck at EMP. They do it all!

Extra mile performance actually went the extra mile. I went in for a question about my oil light which was addressed and remedied but when I got home I realized my tire pressure light was off (which had been on for a month). They are so professional and staff is super friendly. Could not have had a better experience. I would recommend them to anyone.
